Zentures Wellness is passionate about promoting life enrichment practices.

 

We believe that each person has unlimited potential to live a joy-filled life of health, balance and harmony.

It is our aim to assist others - no matter what stage of their journey they are at -
towards elevating their life experiences.

We specialize in 3 main areas: Meditation, Stress Management, and Energy Balancing. 

We also offer opportunities for community building, gathering with like-minded people, and connection:
via workshops, 
regular group meditations, annual retreats and social media groups.

 

Meditation is our main platform - as it is by far the most impactful, transformational investment towards health, wellness and greater joy.  Of the many benefits received through regular meditation - stress management and energy balancing are already included.  Another key beneficial element of a personal meditation practice is that it puts YOU in touch with your OWN inner intelligence  - you become your own GURU. 

 

We realize that each individual's journey is different,  and that meditation may not be of interest to you right now,

or that you may require additional attention in the area of stress management or energy balancing - therefore we continue to offer service separately in these important areas.

Zentures Wellness is located in St. Albert, Alberta.  Individual sessions are on site unless otherwise specified.

We all know how great it feels to operate on optimal energy! Those times when we are in energetic balance - we are full of spunk, vitality and expansiveness! However, many factors can interfere with energy flow. We may experience blockages, sluggishness, and fogginess - while at other times we may be hyper, jittery and over responsive. 

Meditation is a tool for rediscovering the body's own inner intelligence. It is a practice that reconnects us with  our CORE INNER SILENCE, 

enlivening qualities such as VIBRANT HEALTH, LOVE, COMPASSION, EQUANIMITY, CREATIVITY, PEACE and JOY.

Meditation beneficially affects all levels of our lives.
