~ Please know: That it is possible to manage your stress in such a way that it does not impact your life negatively!

Meditation is a powerful antidote to stress!  Not only does meditation help manage current stresses, but through regular practice, our body and mind releases accumulated stored stress.  The meditation course we offer at Zentures Wellness covers this topic in detail.

 

For people who are not pursuing the Meditation course at this time, but are wanting to address management of stress these sessions are for you.

 

4 sessions. Each is a combination of: 
 

  • EDUCATION - Learn about the physiology of stress.  Develop awareness: Identify stressors, choices, habits that may be allowing and perpetuating stress to dominate.
     

  • STRATEGY BUILDING - learn simple techniques and strategies to implement in to your daily life as stress preventative practices, and stress de-escalation tools.
     

  • TREATMENTS - tailored to your preference and needs, Relaxation treatments to calm the nervous system via Massage therapy +/or Reiki.
